INTERREG IVC East area Lead Applicant Seminar in Vienna, 3 March 2011

Information Point (a body constituted in order to provide information as well as to promote the programme in a defined area) East has the pleasure of inviting lead applicants from Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia to a Lead applicant seminar in Vienna, Austria on 3 March 2011.

Being a lead partner in an INTERREG IVC project is no easy task. Therefore, the seminar will offer, among others, three practical workshops to assist lead applicants in finding the right approach to the topic tackled, building a well-structured plan of activities, selecting carefully the consortium members, as well as what mistakes to be avoided when calculating the project budget. For more details, please check the agenda here.

In addition, East area lead applicants will have the possibility of gauging the relevance of their project ideas by means of individual consultations with the programme project and finance advisers. Each consultation will last 45 minutes. The consultations will take place at the seminar venue on 3 March (after the event, between 17:30 and 19:15) and on 4 March in the morning (between 8:30 and 13:00).

In order to register to the Lead Applicant and/or an individual consultation, please fill in the Registration Form and send it to IP-East@interreg4c.eu by 25 February! E-mail requests without the registration form cannot be accepted. You will receive a confirmation of your request (and in case of a consultation also the time proposal) by e-mail. As places for consultations are limited, requests will be confirmed on a first come-first serve basis.

Participation to the seminar in Vienna is free of charge.

Participants are kindly asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. The practical information about the seminar venue and how to get there could help you in this matter.

The team of Information Point East will be glad to meet you in Vienna!
