INTERREG IVC Feedback Seminar on the Exchange of Experience Study 'Improving policy-making through learning'
The INTERREG IVC programme is organising a seminar to disseminate the results of the study carried by INTERREG IVC programe on how projects apprehend and organise successfully their exchange of experience.
Seminars on Online Reporting
INTERREG IVC Online reporting seminars took place in Rome and Paris, on the 16 and 21 February 2012 respectively. The staff of the Joint Technical Secretariat welcomed 50 participants representing 47 running projects approved in 1st-3rd Calls.
INTERREG IVC introduced a new online reporting system which will change the Excel reporting. One full day training was organised to help the lead partners with the new functionalities and format. The Lead Partners had the opportunity to try the system through practical and individual trainings, in presence of the Joint Technical Secretariat IT Officer.
The majority of the participants considered the OLF very user-friendly and easier to deal with than the previous Excel file. Participants also made suggestions of complementary functions to help them in filling the report online. Most of these suggestions are on their way to be developed.
The JTS team thanks all lead partners for their active participation in the seminars and wishes them a smooth reporting process!
For those who unfortunately could not attend, a power point presentation is now available online. Seminars for the 4th call approved projects will be organised in June.
In case of questions on online reporting, the JTS is available to answer by phone or by email. Please contact IT Officer Aous Tamimi (firstname.lastname@example.org) for any technical related issues.
